An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Amending the Pierce County Shoreline Master Program to Add or Clarify Provisions Related to Aquaculture, Fencing, and Paths to Shorelines and to Incorporate Previously Adopted Amendments to Title 18E of the Pierce County Code (PCC), "Development Regulations - Critical Areas" into the Pierce County Shoreline Master Plan; Amending Title 18S PCC, "Development Policies and Regulations - Shorelines"; Adopting Findings of Fact; and Setting an Effective Date.

The Final Council hearing on this proposal is set for December 13, 2022, at 3:00 pm. The final Council hearing will be held in Room 1045, County-City Building, 930 Tacoma Ave S, in Tacoma.
